Roland Santiago is a seasoned Chief Engineer with over 30 years of experience in system maintenance and engineering. As a System Maintenance Technician (SMT) and System Maintenance Administrator(SMA). Roland has honed his expertise in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. His extensive background ensures the optimal performance and reliability of complex systems.
In addition to his professional roles, Roland teaches Building Design and Maintenance at SEAS School, where he trains the next generation of industry professionals. His passion for education and mentorship allows him to share his wealth of knowledge and experience, fostering growth and development in his students.
