Anthony Gibson
Senior Chief Engineer | Director of Training, SEAS School
Anthony Gibson began his career in Stationary Engineering in February 1992, transitioning from an electrical apprentice in the small town of Cut-n-Shoot, Texas, to a day porter in the big city. Over the past 33 years, he has risen through the ranks to become Senior Chief Engineer, overseeing six properties totaling over one million square feet.
In addition to his operational leadership, Anthony is deeply committed to education and mentorship. He has served as an instructor at the SEAS School since 2016 and became Director of Training in 2020. His contributions extend to national standards and leadership development, having served on the USGBC advisory committee and coached at the Dale Carnegie School.
Anthony’s journey is a testament to what dedication and opportunity can achieve—and he continues to give back to the industry that shaped him.
