Let’s be honest, nothing brings people together faster than the smell of barbecue and the debate over who really has the best brisket. At SEAS School, events like this mean a whole lot more than full plates. They are about community, connection, and showing up for one another.
As we gather around the pit, share laughs, and maybe guard our secret recipes like they are gold, we are also supporting something bigger. We are helping our students take steps toward a better life, building skills, confidence, and real opportunities for their future. It is a reminder that when people come together with good hearts and a little bit of smoke in the air, amazing things can happen.
