Jim has been a property management professional for 40 years. He has been an instructor with the S.E.A.S. for the past 8 years. Jim is currently the Operations Manager for a 2.1 million sq.ft. office complex in Houston He currently holds Texas Maintenance Electricians License, a First Grade Stationary Engineers License, an OSHA 30 Certification, a Universal Refrigerant Certification, a SMT, SMA, & FMA Designations from the Building Owners and Managers Institute and is current candidate RPA Designation.
