How long we retain your data
Suggested text: If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
Only current students but visitor information is relegated to just ip data and general location data isp provide for security reasons.
What rights you have over your data
Suggested text: The ability to leave comments or send messages through email forms has been disabled. Other that the class registration page which is located in a secured server and which data is minimal unless providing information for the setup of your class registrations.
Where your data is sent
Suggested text: Other than the class registration data which is sent to SEAS staff and HCC respectively…we keep no other data.
